:: We LOVE it!  The talented designer, Vilija,  behind Oras Designs has launched her new collection of Oval Mobiles AND her online boutique where you can you can now buy directly from the designer! We are just swooning over these innovative mobiles, that are much more artistic than those Too Cute Mass Produced alternatives.  We have to say, when it comes to finding modern mobiles, it is definitely Slim Pickins!  We are so excited that Vilija has made our shopping so much easier!  Her new line of oval shapes and her choices of colors are exquisitely executed.  We love how they seem to float in air and cast such lovely dancing shadows.  There is no doubt why these Modern Marvels are an instant Editor's Fave!::

Ubi :: Editor's Fave

:: Here at Indie Babies, we are big fans of Momepreneurs that see or experience a need in the Baby Stuffs Market and rush in to fill the gap with their Smarts and Ingenuity! Wait 'til you see this one!  Ubi is a Smart Idea from Sue Wong, a mechanical engineer by trade, and mom of one wiggly Wee One.  After all of the fussing and fretting with the normal baby changing gear..diapers, wipes, lotions, etc...and trying to keep her active boy from squirming his way off the changing table, she invented the Ubi.  Not only is this one of the most practical contraptions we have come across, but it's also Cute!  That's just a big 'ol PLUS!  We love the Wipeable Fabrics and the bent wood finishes.  And, in case you didn't know, the Super Cute fabric pattern pictured above even matches a Crib Set by Glenna Jean called Mod Squad.  So, now you can have a changing table that actually matches your nursery!  How Fun! ::

:: Check out all the cool Specs!  This is the deluxe model that features a storage area for a stack of diapers! Use one, and UP pops the next one!  Ingenious!  We especially like the flexibility that this changing tale affords busy moms.  You can position it to have your baby's feet face you or turned to the side.  And..it is significantly safer, seeing as how it sits on the floor.  If baby is Super Squirmy and slips away, at least they don't have far to go! :: small magazine is a beautiful online magazine that features small Stuffs.  They promote, not only Small Sized Folks, but small businesses, small designers, and small craftsters.  This is a wonderful resource for indie designers to show their Stuffs.
